Great tag, love the colours! Valerie

Love your tag! Those metal foil letters look amazing! Stunning!

Linda Coughlin

This totally ROCKS, Marjie. Love the foil covered letters and had to laugh about Shelly's "drip and dry technique". I love Shelly's work - I want to be just like her when I grow up but I've been using that "technique" with foil and alcohol ink for the past two years. In fact, I just finished my piece for F&F next week using it - didn't even know t was a technique - LOL.

This tag is gorrrgeous!! I love your color combo. That image is adorable. I agree with you on that honeycomb texture fade...i am in love and I want to use it on everything. I love the effect you got on the letters. I am going to have to give this one a try. Very inspiring!

Marjie...your tag is awesome! Your foil embossed and alcohol inked letters look really cool against the background. You've really used a lot of Tim's elements on this piece and they all look fantastic! Great job, Marjie!! Thanks for sharing your talent with us at Simon Says Stamp and Show. <3 Candy

Shelly Hickox

Marjie, I love this! Those letters are so fun to play with, aren't they? Adding the foil + ink takes them over the top. Fantastic piece!!

This is amazing!!!

Loks great Marjie - love the colours & I like the Steampunk elements!

Shelly Schmidt

Fabulous work- look out Shelly H!!! Hahaha I love all of your inspiration- the foil letters are awesome as are the gears!

Wow what a fun technique. I love the gears especially. The letters are great but the gears with the colors are so neat. Great colors overall- the yellow really shows off the alcohol-inked pieces. Overall you made a really fun project with lots to think about and try.

Hi Marjie, like I said over at the F&F blog, this is brilliant, I love how you have used the alcohol inks and love the 'lets hear it for the boy'. Again, brilliant! A x

I love the way the honeycomb folder makes the foil look like mosaic tiles. Very cool!
