I'm so happy to post today's installment of Kate Crane's calendar project... I stuck with it and finished the whole year. These aren't traditional December colors, but Kate has no rules (which suits me fine!) and I went wherever my spirit took me each month. I enjoyed making this page with a combo of Dylusions Ink Sprays, stencils, inks, punches, a Sizzix alpha die, and Basic Grey papers. Here's how the rest of my year turned out:
It's a pleasure looking back at the completed pages. I encourage you to join along in 2013... there's a ton of inspiration over on Kate's blog.
I'll take some time now to spend with my family and be back at the end of the week. Wishing all who celebrate, a very Merry Christmas!
Marjie
oooooo, love your Christmas bulb banner and dog tag shaped dates. My December calendar page is not done yet but I know what the plan is! I'm glad to have this record of 2012 but am not going to do 2013. Nice to see all of your pages together, my favs are March August and October.
Have a blessed Christmas!

Hi Marjie, I think the blue is perfect for December and I love the little lights across the top. Each month is beautiful and it is good to see them altogether. Well done for sticking with it, I am sure each page will give you plenty of inspiration next year. Have a wonderful Christmas. Hugs, Anne x

Always a wonderful sense of achievement to see something through to the very end.
I so enjoyed looking back on the previous months. You most definitely have carved your own style Marjie as each and every page speaks so much of you.

I love these Marjie! What a terrific idea. Some of your designs are stunning. I have a particular fondness for August and December, although they are all wonderful. I might just head over to Kate's blog and join you this year :)
